Speaking at a recent community engagement forum in Montego Bay, Dr. Chang underscored the transformative power of learning, particularly in underserved areas. He highlighted ongoing government initiatives aimed at improving access to quality education from early childhood to tertiary levels, including school feeding programmes, infrastructure upgrades, and technology integration to bridge the digital divide.
From a national security perspective, Dr. Chang articulated how robust educational systems contribute a lot to peace and stability.
