Do you deliver to all 14 parishes? +
Yes! A.V.A Logistics covers all 14 Jamaican parishes, including Kingston,
St. Andrew, St. Thomas, Portland, St. Mary, St. Ann, Trelawny, St. James, Hanover, Westmoreland,
St. Elizabeth, Manchester, Clarendon, and St. Catherine. Remote communities may have slightly
longer delivery windows.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery? +
Our driver will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After the first missed
attempt, you'll receive a notification to schedule a re-delivery or arrange pickup from our
nearest office. You can also designate a neighbor or security guard to receive on your behalf by
adding delivery instructions when booking.
What items are prohibited from shipping? +
Prohibited items include: firearms, ammunition, live animals, perishable
food (without special arrangement), illegal substances, explosives, flammable gases under
pressure, biohazardous materials, and counterfeit goods. For a full list, see our

How do I get a price estimate? +

You'll get an immediate price estimate including base rate, service charge, and fuel surcharge.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Online booking: Visa/Mastercard (secure checkout), PayPal.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible shipments β receiver pays on
delivery. Bank transfer: For business accounts with a pre-approved credit
agreement. *Assumption: payment gateway integration to be confirmed at deployment.
Are there any hidden fees? +
No hidden fees! Our quotes include the base rate, service charge, and fuel
surcharge. GCT (15%) is applied at checkout where applicable. For oversized packages, a
dimensional weight surcharge may apply β this will always be disclosed before you confirm your
booking.
π Tracking
How do I track my shipment? +
Enter your tracking number (format: AVA-XXXXXX) on our
Track Shipment page, in your customer dashboard, or
message us on
WhatsApp. You'll see the full timeline with dates,
times, and locations.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated? +
Tracking updates within 30 minutes of each status change. New bookings may
take up to 1 hour to appear in the system. If there's no update in over 2 hours, please contact
us at +1 (876) 555-0100 or via WhatsApp with your tracking number.
π Claims & Issues
What do I do if my package is damaged or lost? +
Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. For damaged goods, take
photos immediately and log a
support ticket. Claims are reviewed within 5 business
days. If insurance was purchased, your declared value is covered. Without insurance, our
liability is limited to JMD $5,000 per package.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? +
Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup with a
full refund. After 2 hours, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Rescheduling is free if done 1 hour
before your pickup window. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone for the fastest service.

Do you offer business/corporate accounts? +
Yes! Business accounts get volume discounts, monthly invoicing, API access
for integration, dedicated account manager, priority support, and multi-user team management.
Sign up with the "Business" option or contact sales for custom pricing.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) for e-commerce? +
Yes, COD is available for local deliveries. We collect payment from the
recipient and remit it to your account weekly (minus a 3% handling fee). Business accounts can
access this feature with no monthly minimum. Contact us to set up COD for your store.
