The personal shopper service is billed at $1,000 JMD per hour, in 30-minute increments. This covers the time we spend travelling to the store, waiting in lines, selecting your items, and packaging them for delivery. The clock starts when we leave to shop and stops when we're done. You'll always receive an estimated time before we begin.
The $800 JMD flat fee applies to standard delivery zones. Deliveries to locations further from the pickup store may incur an additional distance charge. We always confirm the final delivery fee via WhatsApp before we begin — there are no surprises.
Yes. For grocery shopping, you pay for the groceries themselves (we'll show you the receipt) plus our service fee. For food delivery, you pay the restaurant directly, and then pay our flat $800 JMD delivery fee separately. We make all cost breakdowns crystal clear before we begin.
We accept: PayPal, CashApp, Scotia Bank Transfer (direct deposit), Online Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe or PayPal checkout), and Cash on Delivery (available only for orders placed online in advance). Simply tell us your preferred method when booking.
In most cases, same-day service is available depending on the time of your order and availability. We recommend messaging us via WhatsApp as early in the day as possible to guarantee same-day fulfilment. For large or complex grocery orders, next-day scheduling may be required.
