Rates checked November 2026: vehicles per JCA individual rate sheet (import duty 20%, SCT by engine size, GCT 15%, environmental levy 0.5%, CAF J$63,250 new / J$66,125 used); property tax per the Property Tax (Amendment) Act 2017 schedule; transfer tax 2%, stamp duty J$5,000, registration fee 0.25%. The NLA is revaluing parcels from 2026, so property tax may rise.
